I value each and every moment we spend together. When booking, please keep the following in mind: Please carefully read the instructions below:

DATE EXPECTATIONS: All new gentlemen must be screened before we meet. Screening is mandatory, and a deposit is required to confirm our date together.

• Please book all dates with at least 24 hours’ notice. For long-time friends, I am willing to be available on short notice. 

• Dates longer than five hours must include an activity that takes us out of the room. My favorite activities are art museums, sightseeing, dinner, drinks, dancing, live music, shopping, gambling, theater, and spa visits. Suggestions are always welcomed.

VERIFICATION: For our mutual safety and comfort, I require all new suitors to be screened. It creates a safe, honest, and open environment that we can both feel comfortable in. Your privacy is very important to me, and anything shared will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

DEPOSITS: To secure our time together, all dates require a 20 percent deposit, which will be subtracted from your total investment. Deposits ensure that our time together will be valued.

• I accept deposits using Venmo or CashApp.
• I do not accept full payments using these apps. Deposits are non-negotiable.

ZERO TOLERANCE: I anticipate that you will be a gentleman in all of our interactions – before, during, and after our time together. If I feel my safety is jeopardized at any time, I will cancel our date with no refund and no exceptions.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: Deposits are required as well as verification. Please be aware that you will not be able to book a date until these two requirements are met. These requirements will not be waived for anyone. My safety and time are extremely important to me.

COMPENSATION: I am solely compensated for my time and companionship. Physical intimacy is neither contracted nor compensated for and my rates are non negotiable. When I arrive, or when we meet in public, please leave an unsealed envelope in a visible location (please make this available in the first few minutes of us meeting). Please follow the guidelines above to ensure that our date goes smoothly and without any issue.

CANCELLATIONS: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may force you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel, you will be reimbursed 100% of your deposit if you give me more than 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund and your deposit is non-transferable. If I agree to see you on a future date, I will require a 50% deposit.
